If Dennis Dixons (QB University of Oregon) knee was healthy was he going to get an invite to the combine?

From what Ive read It sounds like yes but what do you know? What round do you think he will go and where would be a good fit with him really having EXPERT knowledge of that spread offense? Im sure I will get alot of dumb answers but to you "real" sports fans who try to answer this with some intelligence...... THANK YOU in advance.
