My baby has been congested for two days and tonight she developed a fever. It was about 102.4 and i gave her tylenol and it went away. Now it came back and it's up to 102.5 and I gave her more tylenol but she spit most of it out but I dont know how much so I dont wanna give her more. She is 5 and a half months. I know if we go to the er we will have to wait for at least 4-5 hours. Or should I wait till the morning?? I'm really worried.
