Some people criticized Bush's decisions after the war because?

Some people always criticise there leaders for declaring war, because first there all like TO WARRR, then they find out that it costs alot to run a war in lives and money and they begin to go WHYD YOU GO TO WAR FOR!?! Because they cannot take responsibility. If they were against it all along they can be smartarses.
