Which job should I choose?

I have two potential job offers on the table and on the possibility of getting both offered to me I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on them. The one is as an insurance sales agent for Sterling Health. You work on commission, but you are actually employed there as opposed to an independent agent. They have this large brochure about employment there and according to that a 1st year agent typically makes $60,000.00 does this sound realistic? The other job is for a different insurance agency, but it's not as an agent. I would be working in an office processing claims for $12.00 an hour M-F and have weekends off. The 1st one sounds the best if in fact the 60K is for real, but I'm a little apprehensive about it b/c it sounds almost too good to be true. Any ideas?
