Why Did my sims thought bubble have this in it?

My sim on the sims 2 (pc) is pregnant and almost about to give birth. Butsometimes here thought bubble has a pacifier in it and then a phone! WHY IS THERE A PHONE NEXT TO IT???? Please answer!
