Why is okay for the President to make jokes about?

I do not believe it is becoming of a President to say things like this. He was pandering for the Hispanic vote while throwing all LEGAL Americans under the bus. He also said that Republicans got us in a ditch and he clawing to out while we are sipping a slurpee. He is nothing but a hate monger dividing the people of this country for his own agenda.
