Many traditional recipes frown on using ground beef anyway. In any case, the process is similar. Cut the meat into small dice (smaller than traditional stew beef) and saute in batches to brown. Once all the meat is browned, proceed like with a chili. You will need to cook it a a low heat for 90 minutes or more instead of the usual 20 minute ground beef chili because you need additional time for the beef to break down.
