How do i install an electrical and cable outlet above my fireplace without damaging the drywall, except for?

the outlets I would have to cut out. Is my only option cutting all the drywall and drilling through each stud? Also, I do have an attic above me. Would there be a possibility of dropping down a line behind the fireplace from the attic? Thanks
