Girls: I don't get it, am I boring or annoying or something?

Joannnsg1 had a good answer, but I was also wondering if you have actually followed up with any of your conversations by actually asking her out somewhere? If not, then she has been waiting for you to make the first move by asking if she'd like to go to a movie Friday at 7pm, or to the beach Saturday at noon, or something SPECIFIC with an actual date and time involved instead of some vague words like, "Let's hang out sometime". She already seems to be open to the idea, but you never seem to have followed it up with an actual date idea. That's why I'm thinking she hasn't warmed up to you much. Now, if you ask her to go somewhere specific and she says no, then look elsewhere because she isn't into you. Give her a chance.
