I have a job interview today and I'm really sick?

I have to go to this interview, but I have bronchitis and may have pneumonia, but I really really need a job, it's as a receptionist. What are some good ways of not letting on how sick I am? I am not contagious as I have been on antibiotics for 2 weeks now. And I really don't want to reschedule.
