Big Problem !?

im having a big problem with this files called (tapee.sys & cache.core.dsk) i keep getting alot of pop ups i already ran adaware 2008 & Superantispyware and it deletes them but then i run the scans again and they come up again i cant find a way to delete them what could i do i would appreciate it if you could help me solve this problem thanx
