Does this girl like me?

there is this girl that i like but i dont know if she likes me she shows all the signs she touches me every chance she get she always starts talkin to me first she laughs at my unfunny jokes she asks me to spend time on our breaks together and all but when i asked her for her number she said she already had to many people calling i think gave this one guy got her number the day before i asked but she seems really interested my friend says i should give up she talks to me allot still even after i asked her for her # and she didnt give it she did accept my number but hasnt called yet its been a week and we still talk alot she said she enjoys hanging with me alot but has not mentioned the number accept she she was go call one night but didnt because it was really late is she playing hard to get oror should i give up or what?
