I absolutely loved ty bo until it got complicated then I lost hope. Jazz er cise is also fun. I do yoga and love how I feel afterward. Its helped my weight, my self esteem and my mood. I find it hard to do with videos though, so I do my own version based on the poses, and what feels good to my body, while listening to music, sometimes clical, irish/celtic, or even spa. Good Luck!

To have to suffer through negative situations and emotions surely must be one of the most difficult things a person can encounter in his or her lifetime. To come through these situations and still have the courage to continue on shows strength of character and persistence in looking for the better things in life. Because you have experienced some of the "worst" in people, you are more aware of your own actions and I don't doubt that you try to avoid such behaviors in your own life. Good for you, this has actually made you stronger and better than you may believe. I'm at a loss to understand your statement about jealousy and guilt increasing and why it would do so, but I encourage you not to dwell on the negative stuff, just keep on with what seems like your good judgment and try to accept the fact that other people do what they do because they have free will. I have two potential job offers on the table and on the possibility of getting both offered to me I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on them. The one is as an insurance sales agent for Sterling Health. You work on commission, but you are actually employed there as opposed to an independent agent. They have this large brochure about employment there and according to that a 1st year agent typically makes $60,000.00 does this sound realistic? The other job is for a different insurance agency, but it's not as an agent. I would be working in an office processing claims for $12.00 an hour M-F and have weekends off. The 1st one sounds the best if in fact the 60K is for real, but I'm a little apprehensive about it b/c it sounds almost too good to be true. Any ideas?

Our cross country team was ranked 12th in the country at one point this season. Although I was only our 3rd runner, I usually ran around 18:40s on tough courses. That's how good our team was. How to get my mother to stop drinking?

My mother has been to rehab 3 times already, and every time she comes out she starts drinking again. She tells me that she loves to drink and uses that as an excuse to use. Not only that, she will use any trial or tribulation as an excuse. It has now been 11 years since she started drinking again (she quit with my father for 15 years) and it's been very problematic ever since then. She will get so drunk to where she will black out or until she pes out. It has gotten to the point where we can not bring her to family functions because the embarrment it causes to her and my family. We have done interventions and begged her to stop and get help, which she did but she did not really want to go and only went to shut us up or appease us. She has gained weight, not significantly but you can tell she is a lot more bloated than she used to be. My father can not leave her by herself because he is scared that something might happen to her when he's not around, and my whole family lives in constant fear of her self destructing personality. Every time someone tried to help she takes it as them being judgmental when we just want her to be the person she used to be. My mother is a wonderful person and she deeply cares about the people that she loves, but as time pes I grow more and more weary of the situation. I understand she needs to be the one to want to get help, but if she is not willing to accept that fact than I am scared of what the alternative might be. I love my mother, and seeing her like this or just knowing she's not better kills me on the inside. I just want her to get better, life is to short, and there is no reason why her life needs to end prematurely because of this horrible addiction.

How much tetra aquasafe plus do I use after a water change?

I have a 10 gallon fish tank and I take out about 2.5 gallons of water and fill it back up with 2.5 gallons in a water change. I add conditioner with the 2.5 gallons before I put it inside my fish tank. The directions say to apply half the cap/1 teaspoon for every 10 gallons and 1 whole cap for every 20 gallons. If I do a 2.5 gallon water change, do I use half a cap of conditioner because my tank is 10 gallons or do I use 1/4 of that for the 2.5 gallons of water?

Unless you are in an abusive household (as I was physical and emotional) you are stuck unless you get an attorney to represent you to become emancipated AND the courts only grant these rare requests under cirstances as I was under AND you can financially provide for yourself, and you show a certain maturity level beyond your 15 years. Additionally, someone is willing to supervise you. This person ALSO has to be stable financially, etc.... If you want to move out because you feel your parents are too strict it's because they love you and don't want anything to happen to you. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it's the truth. Want to move out into an organization the only two available would be foster care or a group home for troubled kids. If you think you have problems now you have no idea what you are in for in either of these places.

Dog trouble is she just over jealous?

Do antidepressants cause risky behaviors?

I am 21 and have recently been taking perscription antidepressants for about one and a half months now. I am feeling much better and I feel like I have so much more control over anxiety. However, lately I have been involved in very risky things and I don't really have any fear of much like I used to have. Risky things such as smoking a LOT more, drinking a much more often, cocaine, marijuana and I'm a lot more agressive with people, sometimes its negative agression. We will be ok without Sanders, but he is a great player. Lacey and Powers have been great additions to the secondary and Bullit would be a starter on many teams. What I think we should worry about is making sure we get Gonzalez back a few games before the playoffs. Having other guys step up is great, but I know Gonzalez is better than Garcon and Collie. On Feb. 28 2009 I was camping with some friends at the Little Sahara Sand Dunes in Utah. At around 9 or 10 oclock my friend, my little brother and I were riding around on a four-wheeler riding wheelies(Grizzly 450). We were going by the other camps doing it and they were loving it and cheering us on. We were riding by and making sure we weren't going to hit anything or anyone. The last camp we rode through got very upset and so we left and weren't going to come back. Once we got outside the camp we started to wheelie again, the four-wheeler stalled. While the four-wheeler was stalled the people caught up to us, one ahead of the rest. He started screaming at us(F*** You, What the F***, You guys want your f***ing a**es kicked!). At first we started to apologize, but the guy kept saying we were getting our a**es kicked and started pushing us and trying to push my friend off the four-wheeler. At this point I stepped off the machine so I could be standing if anything happened, at the same moment I started hearing voices screaming "F*** those mother f***ers, let's f*** them up!". There were around 15+ of them and four of us, of which two were my little brother and my buddies nephew. I turned around and hit the first kid hard, knocking him unconscious. Then was tackled by someone, my buddy jumped on him and started hitting him. I stood up and was being pushed by two people one of which swung and hit me behind my left ear, I then hit him knocking him loopy cause he was stumbling for a second before dropping to the ground. Mind also that this place has a very bad reputation for a mob beating the hell out of 4-5 people sending them to the hospital with serious injuries(has happened to 4 of my friends already). Apparently one of the kids has a broken jaw(I'm guessing the one I hit first, it was a very hard punch.), and while taking him to the hospital they got pulled over for speeding then explaining why. Causing the police to get involved, I just don't understand how these allegations can be made when the other party started the ault and out numbered us greatly. Thank you for your time.

Why is it always creeps?

My parents don't want to send me to this high school?

It's an independent high school in San Francisco and I live across the bay in Oakland. Taking BART (the subway) would be the fastest easiest way to get there since it would be too much of a hle for my parents to drive me there each day. It's an amazing high school, my parents do agree with that. But they don't want to send me there because it's in a farther city than I'm used to commuting to for school and they're too worried to send me on the subway. How to stop eating salt?

I put salt in just about everything I eat. Sometimes I will eat it plain. I know this is terribly unhealthy for me and could result in future health problems, which is why I want to stop now. My dog poisoned? Or had a heart attack?

My dog has died, I need to know why. She (babydog) was 11 years old in human years, guessing that makes her somewhere around age 55 to 77. She is a chow bred, weighing around 75pounds. Starting three days ago she stopped eating or drinking water and her ear was swollen so I gave her two aspirin and sprayed iodine in her ear. The following day she would eat NOTHING, the third day she began to swell and color began leaving her mouth/gums and then she got to where she could not walk, I called a vet at night the vet said give her two aspirin and a benadryl but I could NOT because her mouth was 'locked' she couldn't open her mouth and I couldn't pry it open. She died in my arms. Only thing I could see was her abdomen was swollen and her jaws had 'locked'. Are these symptoms of poisoned or heart attack? She was the only dog I have ever had that would have probably died trying to defend me, she was/is a VERY special dog to me, I'd like to know why she died. Sounds like she's constiapated. Try to get her to drink some warm water (about the temp of a warm bottle). I agree that we should call other countries by their proper names. For example, Italy should be referred to as Italia which is Italian for Italy. France remains the same; however, the pronunciation would be different. The same is true for the cities within the countries. When I travel to Syria, it's frustrating to speak about different cities in Arabic and English. It's twice as many for me to learn! I wish someone would create a Globe for schools that show exactly what you're suggesting. It's about time more people became educated.

For example, you broke your ankle and are at the hospital to get it fixed and have to wait 2-3 hours for other people with more serious issues to get taken care of first. And the health care is free. And you have access to care in case of dire need because of that (more serious issues get treated first).
